Storm + India

I make certified organic loose leaf tea, biodegradable muslin tea bags, organic matcha. I moved home to Tasmania after living in Auckland for just over seven years. I live on a farm and absolutely love the open space and fresh air. I especially love horse riding and being able to go for long walks constantly being surrounded by nature.

Our tea story starts with our mother, Dooley Crighton-Bellamy. Passionate about organic farming, she started growing and blending teas on our organic farm in Tasmania. Her work took her around the world where she discovered new tea blends and studied the art of tea blending. In 2015 we created Storm + India. From our mother’s notebooks and recipes, we continue to create our own invigorating tea blends.

As a family business, we’re committed to making a difference by creating a business that’s both organic and sustainable. We take great pride in sourcing ingredients and materials that are sustainably and ethically produced.

Wellness is paramount when it comes to our brand. Our teas can assist with anything from restorative sleep to serotonin release, gut health and energy. I love hearing from our customers how our tea can uplift someone’s day and in particular assist with stress and sleep.
